Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Flowz workspace, accessing our system, or using any part of the Flowz service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so, and "you" refers to that company.

2. The service

Flowz is a cloud-based business management platform covering inventory, point of sale, HRM, accounting, and related modules, made available under the package you've subscribed to. Features available to you depend on your active plan (Starter, Business, Enterprise, or an industry-specific package such as Restaurant, Ecommerce, or POS Only).

3. Accounts & workspace access

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and workspace subdomain confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and the user accounts you create within your workspace.
• You must provide accurate information when setting up your account and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at sign-up. Prices are shown in LKR, excluding tax, and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect immediately; your data is retained across plan changes.
• Where payment gateways (Stripe, PayHere, MTN MoMo, M-Pesa) are used within the Service to process your own customers' payments, those transactions are governed by the respective payment provider's own terms, in addition to these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowz to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or resell access to the Service without a separate written agreement with us.

6. Your data

You own the business data you enter into Flowz — products, invoices, customer records, and so on. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

7. Third-party integrations

Flowz can connect to third-party services on your behalf, including WhatsApp Cloud API, SMS providers, and payment gateways. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that third party's own terms and any credentials, fees, or approval process they require independently of Flowz.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Flowz available and reliable, including offline-first support in the POS module for temporary connectivity loss. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may need to perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it's removed from our systems.

10. Limitation of liability

Flowz is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beezet Group of Companies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flowz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
