This Privacy Policy explains how Beezet Group of Companies ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Flowz ERP ("Service"), including our website and your workspace.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and business details you provide when signing up or filling in the contact form.
• Business data — the inventory, sales, customer, HR, and accounting records you enter into your Flowz workspace.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, for reliability and product improvement purposes.
• Payment information — when you use built-in payment gateways (Stripe, PayHere, MTN MoMo, M-Pesa), payment details are handled directly by that provider; we do not store full card or payment credentials ourselves.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including offline-first sync for POS.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
• To send transactional messages through integrations you enable, such as WhatsApp Cloud API or your configured SMS provider.
• To improve Flowz, including how our AI Assistant responds to your questions about your own data.

4. Third-party services

Depending on which modules and integrations you enable, some data may be shared with the relevant third party to make that integration work — for example, sending a message via WhatsApp Cloud API, processing a payment via Stripe/PayHere/MTN MoMo/M-Pesa, or delivering an SMS via your configured provider. Each of these third parties processes that data under their own privacy policy in addition to this one.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored in the cloud and protected with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Each business's workspace is logically separated. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage strong, unique passwords for all user accounts.

6. Data retention

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, you may request an export of your data, after which it will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us. If you're located somewhere with specific data protection rights (such as access, portability, or objection rights), we'll honor requests consistent with applicable law.

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal local storage (such as remembering your light/dark theme preference) rather than tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
